Our founder, Kevin Gee, started this Maine-based business three decades ago with a hands-on approach and a strong work ethic grounded in reliability, honesty, and respect for clients. What began as a small local operation has grown into a trusted commercial cleaning company serving offices, professional buildings, and facilities throughout Maine.
From the beginning, the focus was never on being the biggest; it was on being consistent, accountable, and trustworthy. Kevin personally cleaned buildings, trained teams, and built long-term relationships with clients who wanted a cleaner, healthier workplace they could rely on.

Taking over daily operations in 2020, Tyler leads the company’s growth and strategic direction. As the primary decision-maker, he focuses on systems, service quality, and building a strong future for both clients and employees.

Samantha works closely with management and cleaning crews to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. She excels in team coordination, employee support, and maintaining high service standards across all job sites.

Wayne supports both management and field teams with a strong hands-on approach. Known for his reliability and work ethic, he plays a key role in maintenance oversight and keeping operations running efficiently.
